Steve McConchie is a High-Performance Coach and the founder of Big Dogg Cricket, with more than 20 years of coaching experience across community, Premier and representative cricket.
Steve has worked with players of all ages and abilities, from beginners to Premier cricketers and Victorian pathway athletes. His coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, game awareness and the confidence to perform under pressure.
With almost 300 First XI games as player and coach at Le Page Park Cricket Club, Steve delivers individual coaching, group programs, school academies and coach education sessions across Victoria. Including experience’s coaching in India.
His goal is simple: help every player improve, enjoy the game and reach their full potential.
